Editorial Review
With its neat zippered nylon case, this kit is perfect for travel or for storage in the nursery. The kit's digital thermometer can take a temperature orally, rectally, or from the underarm area, gets a reading in approximately 60 to 90 seconds, and has an automatic shutoff function. The oral medicine syringe and medicine spoon are fairly standard in design but will definitely help make dispensing medicine easy and accurate. Of course, the nasal aspirator is a must for stuffy noses not yet trained in the intricacies of blowing. The kit also includes a nail clipper with a large extended grip to make clipping baby's nails easier on the parent. The case includes pockets to store important health care or emergency information. --Jane Snyder

5 out of 5 stars Baby's First Health Care Kit   November 18, 2008

Small, lightweight and compact kit. Seems simple and small but contains everything needed to take care of new Baby.

2 out of 5 stars Cheaply made and not so good.   November 23, 2007
Amy Taklif (Levittown, PA)
This item was not very good -- every single item was kinda crappily made and useless. I had to buy another thrmoemter, aspirator and nail clipper within a week of my son's birth.

3 out of 5 stars Comes in handy, but not for everyday use.   March 30, 2007

This was given to me as a shower gift. It got lost under mountains of baby stuff, but I eventually found it while trying to pack for baby first trip. Since then, its been a staple in her diaper bag. I like that it has its own zip up case, so things don't get lost. I wouldn't recommend if for everday use b/c of some of the same complaints as other reviewers (medicine stopper, awkward thermometer). But I have had to use it on occassion while my baby and I were away from home and our everyday supplies and it really came in handy.

I hate this product. I receive it as a gift, and all the products are not adapted for babies, plus, looks very cheap!!
